Elec & Eltek Management Trainee is a 3-year programme, throughout the 3 years, trainees will be exposed to a series of extensive on-the job trainings with an aim to equip the trainee with full spectrum of PCB technical knowledge and management skills in a shortest time possible and become one of the middle management in our company in the foreseeable future.
