Trainees are expected to build their job competencies through different trainings provided. Throughout the on-the-job training phase, each trainee will be provided with a unique opportunity in areas like manufacturing, sales and marketing, supply chain management, logistics and other functional areas to familiarize with the full spectrum of PCB operations. The trainees get to embrace the corporate culture and different levels of jobs. Such training is essential for the trainee to develop into an all-rounded management gear up for future growth of the Elec & Eltek Group. Also, the experiences gained throughtout the 3-year period can surely help them gain better understanding of themselves and also to unlash their potential for further enhancement.
