Since the 1980s, we have successfully limited the environmental impact of our manufacturing process through waste management. Now, by adopting ISO14001, we have made environmental responsibility a corporate priority. This has entailed the introduction of a more comprehensive EMS that includes offices, the manufacturing floor, laboratories, stores and waste treatment facilities and enables us to conserve natural resources and reduce waste generation.
All Elec & Eltek PCB plants are certified to ISO14001, the international standard for EMS.  Elec & Eltek will make every effort to continuously develop and employ environmentally sound practices and to assure continual improvement of our environmental performance to both the company and environment.

ISO14001 is an internationally recognized standard applying to environmental management. Companies that choose to conform to this standard implement an EMS to reduce the environmental impact of every aspect of their operations. They also establish future objectives to ensure continual improvement in their environmental performance. Once the EMS is in place, a recognized certification body audits the company to verify that its system meets ISO14001 standards.
