Hong Kong plant is one of the front-runner of Printed Circuit Board("PCB") manufacturers in the Far East, and was the first company in Hong Kong to produce multiplayer PCBs in the late 1970s. With over 40 years experience in the PCB industry, today, we are proud to be one of the world's well-established PCB manufacturers.

Recognitions
In 1998, we received "the Export Marketing Award" and "the Environmental Performance Award" in the Hong Kong Award for Industry. In 2001, Hong Kong plant became the first Hong Kong PCB manufacturer to be certified to ISO 14001 for our environmental initiatives (with update certificate of ISO 14001:2004 in 2009). In addition, we were certified to ISO 9001:2000 in 2003 in recognition of our Total Quality Management (TQM) which was upgraded from our previous certification of ISO 9002 in 1994. (with update certificate of ISO 9001:2008 in 2010).

• High Data Rate and Superior Signal Integrity
  With extensive experience in producing high-end server boards, we are capable of producing high speed PCBs using high speed/low loss materials. Advanced technologies for signal integrity (Land Grid Array site on PCB and backdrilling) are also available.
• High Complexity
  We provide interconnection solutions with high layer counts (up to 42L), high aspect ratio (20:1), sequential lamination (3 cycles), heavy-copper design (5 oz per layer) and control depth routing.
• Excellent Reliability
  With our comprehensive database of base material characterization and sophisticated conductor plating technologies, we offer cost-effective solutions to produce PCBs with excellent reliability for different conditions.

Research and Development
Ongoing investment in research and development ensures that we keep abreast of changes. Our research and development team has been focused on new technologies including resonant stub-free PCB fabrication, and mounting site fabrication for new generation of giant and high speed connectors and advanced electronic packaging.

Quick Turn Around Service
Hong Kong plant began our offering quick turn around service from year 2000 in order to provide engineering and pre-volume production service to our customers and to act as a frontier in the provision of one-Stop shop PCB solution package. Prototype supporting is also one of our scopes of services which include early design stage as partners on PCB designs. We can provide the Quick Turn Around service with lead time as short as 3 days.

Plant Positioning
Hong Kong plant facility occupies a floor area of approximately 12,456 square meters with a production capacity of approximately 86,000 square feet per month. Our Hong Kong facility is responsible for our most time-critical and highly complex products and is capable of producing conventional PCBs of up to 42-layers and HDI PCBs of up to 4-levels.
