Responsibility:
Lead and develop TL Plant purchasing team, provide training, performance coaching and direction to subordinate.
Sourcing and identify the right supplier in each product category.
Execute purchasing order based on supplier capability, capacity, quality, delivery performance and price.
Oversee the price negotiation, cost reduction and new vendors development activities.
Monitor and control materials delivery schedule to meet demand requirement.
Manage and facilitate problem resolution related to supplier relationships, negotiations, audit and performance measurement

Requirement:
Minumum 3 years work experience in purchasing function in electronic manufacture industries .
Strong team leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor staff in purchasing group.
Excellent communication skills. fluent in speaking and writing English.
Self driven, independent and able to work under dynamic working environment.
