Mr. Cheung Kwok Wing has been the Non-executive Director since 13 December 2004 and was appointed the Chairman of the Company on 3 February 2005. He is a member of the Employees' Share Option Scheme Committee of the Company.

Mr. Cheung won the Young Industrialist Award of Hong Kong 1993, which was organized by the Federation of Hong Kong Industries and was described as "far-sighted, enterprising, and having insight in the business". Mr. Cheung has over 13 years' experience in the sales and distribution of electronic components including laminates prior to the establishment of the Kingboard Group.

Mr. Cheung is the chairman, executive director and co-founder of Kingboard Chemical Holdings Limited.
