PP-138 (PREPREG FR-4)

EPOXY GLASS FABRIC PREPREG

PP-138 is a prepreg with excellent dielectric properties, chemical resistance, heat resistance for the fabrication of laminates having Tg up to 135°C (DSC) with UV blocking and AOI compatible. Prepreg color: Yellow.

It is applicable for improved multilayer printed circuit board with higher performances.
